| Responsibilities: | •Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, purchasing teams, and contractors. •Sales Growth & Target Achievement Drive consistent monthly sales by actively following up on inquiries, quotations, and repeat orders. •Account Development Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, upselling products, and increasing order frequency. •New Business Acquisition Identify and secure new hotel projects, renovations, and replacement business opportunities. •Quotation & Order Management Prepare quotations, follow up closely, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders efficiently. •Follow-Up & Collection Discipline Ensure timely follow-up on orders, deliveries, and payments to maintain healthy cash flow. •Pipeline & Reporting Discipline Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. •Market Awareness Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to stay competitive. |
